So we like to share what we know to help you all :-
→Steps to reduce lag:-
1) start cs and go to option then go to video options, reduce resolution to 800x600, remove hd model, select lowergraphic card option in steam video, uncheck wait for verticle sync
​
2) Then put in console
(i) rate 20000 (press enter)
(ii) cl_cmdrate 60 (press enter)
(iii) cl_updaterate 60 (press enter)
​
3) Use razer game booster (it stop all other application which gives you higher ram power)
​
4) If got the following programs running please Turn off torrents, dc++, browser. chat softwares before playing cs
*IF still there is lag, restart your internet and try again

→For steamers to get good accuracy and remove acceleration follow theses steps:-
​
1) double click on steam icon then go to view then select Game Details
​
2) now you will see at left side "Counter-strike" right click on it and go to "properties"
​
3) left click on "set launch options"
​
4) copy paste the entire line
​
-nofbo -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel-noforcemspd -nomsa -nofbo -nojoy -noipx
​
→For steamers only as binding f3 and f4 keys does not work for them for purchasing ak47 and m4 kit:-

1)Start cs
​
2) Open console and type
(i)bind "F4" "awp; primammo; deagle; secammo; flash; hegren; sgren; defuser; vesthelm; flash" (press enter key)
(ii)bind "F3" "m4a1; ak47; primammo; deagle; secammo; flash; hegren; sgren; defuser; vesthelm; flash" (press enter key)
